Advocacy fundamentals – appearing in the Fair Work Commission

About this course

The time will come for most, if not all HR practitioners, when you will be required to appear in the Fair Work Commission (FWC).  This prospect can be extremely daunting. This course is designed to give HR practitioners an understanding of the fundamentals of appearing in the FWC so that your first or infrequent appearances are less overwhelming. The course is not designed to create advocates as such, but to provide you with the basic fundamentals so that you understand the processes, practices and protocols of appearing in the FWC.

As part of this course we will attend the FWC and be addressed by Commissioner Spencer regarding the Commission’s expectations of HR practitioners appearing in the FWC.
