Jack is an experienced consultant with a rich and diverse background in all areas of employment law and industrial relations. Jack’s relevant experience includes an Associateship to an eminent Fair Work Commissioner as well as working in a number of top tier law firms, including contributing to the successful appellant’s case in the landmark Workpac v Rossato High Court decision. Jack brings invaluable, real world experience to all areas of industrial and workplace relations including, but not limited to, unfair dismissal and general protections claims, enterprise bargaining, stop bullying applications, and industrial disputes.

Outside of employment law, Jack has an interest in transnational organised crime. He has worked with the United Nations on human trafficking legislation and is a published author on reducing demand for trafficked wildlife.
