Ethan’s First Nations background and tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Human Resources and Marketing has led him to work in Public sector entities such as the Queensland Museum and Arts Queensland where he has applied his knowledge to strategic HR projects and work with Indigenous not-for-profit organisations.
Ethan’s work in these settings have focused on workforce succession planning, RAP working groups, Full Life Cycle Recruiting and implementing change which reap lasting benefits. Through his experience with organisations of varying size Ethan has gained valuable insight into the challenging HR & IR issues that organisations face.
Ethan is friendly and easy to talk to, his personality and care for others allows him to empathise with the issues and challenges that his clients face. Coupled with Ethan’s experience in sensitive and complex workplace issues Ethan brings a toolbox of techniques and strategies to assist his clients in tackling issues with a particular skill with the more complex people issues.
