Hariva is a HR and IR professional with a strong academic foundation in Psychology and Law. Having completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at the University of Queensland and currently finalising her Law degree, Hariva brings a unique dual lens to her work, combining behavioural insight with legal and regulatory understanding.
