| HR and IR advice including Employee Support (ES) |
A total of 60 hours per annum to be utilised how you choose across HR, IR and ES services. Advice and support from our specialist HR and IR consultants when you need it, across any of our service offerings. This may occur remotely, such as via telephone or email, or by attendance at your premises. Provide access for your employees to Your HR’s Employee Support (ES). A confidential solution focussed counselling service delivered by registered psychologists who are able to provide your employees with evidence-based strategies and support in managing life events and their impact on work. The ES service focuses on building your employee’s resilience and maximising their wellbeing and productivity. The service can be delivered remotely or face-to-face where appropriate. |
| HR strategy workshop | One of our experienced HR consultants will facilitate a HR strategy workshop to help you develop your HR Strategic plan. |
| HR health assessment | Based on your responses to a detailed survey looking to target those aspects of HR which have been identified as creating the greatest risk to employers both in terms of legal compliance and/or effective people management, we will provide you with our expert HR health assessment. |
| HR mentorship | One of our highly experienced HR consultants will provide a mentorship program. The program will run over 12 months. The program will be delivered remotely and will provide the employee with an opportunity to enhance their HR knowledge and skills, obtain a second opinion and ask questions and in a safe and supportive environment. |
| Attendance at a full day public training session (or equivalent) | Attendance at 1 x full day public training session or 2 x 1/2 day public training sessions. All public training sessions are held at our offices located in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. |
| In-house training session | Delivery of a full day in-house training session held at your premises by one of our expert facilitators for up to 15 attendees. * Attendance at your premises will be at no additional cost where your premises are located within 100km radius of one of our offices located in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, or otherwise reimbursement of out-of-pocket travel expenses will apply. |
| Executive coaching | Executive coaching for a leader within your business, with a program developed by one of our expert HR consultants to help your leader develop their leadership capabilities and performance. |
| 10% discount on our standard hourly rates for additional services | As a Your HR subscriber you will automatically be entitled to a 10% discount on our standard hourly rates for all services provided which fall outside the package. |
| Subscription to newsletter | You will be provided with a subscription to our newsletter distributed by Forvis Mazars, which provides key business and human resources insights. |
| Complimentary insurance, grant and financial reviews | A benefit of becoming a Your HR subscriber is you gain access to a multi-disciplined service offering, including as part of this package a complimentary grant eligibility assessment and financial review health check. |
