A total of 15 hours per annum to be utilised how you choose across HR, IR and ES services. Advice and support from our specialist HR and IR consultants when you need it, across any of our service offerings. This may occur remotely, such as via telephone or email, or by attendance at your premises. Provide access for your employees to Your HR’s Employee Support (ES). A confidential solution focussed counselling service delivered by registered psychologists who are able to provide your employees with evidence-based strategies and support in managing life events and their impact on work. The ES service focuses on building your employee’s resilience and maximising their wellbeing and productivity. The service can be delivered remotely or face-to-face where appropriate. |
10% discount on our standard hourly rates for additional services | As a Your HR subscriber you will automatically be entitled to a 10% discount on our standard hourly rates for all services provided which fall outside the package. |
Subscription to newsletter | You will be provided with a subscription to our newsletter distributed by Forvis Mazars, which provides key business and human resources insights. |
Complimentary grant and financial reviews | A benefit of becoming a Your HR subscriber is you gain access to a multi-disciplined service offering, including as part of this package a complimentary grant eligibility assessment and financial review health check. |
Entry to complimentary events | As a Your HR subscriber you will be invited to complimentary events held by Forvis Mazars HR or Forvis Mazars. |
