Our 3 primary Your HR packages may not suit all businesses, particularly larger organisations with more complex HR needs. This does not mean that such organisations can’t achieve the strategic and economic benefits of outsourcing their HR.
To meet the needs of such businesses we have developed a fully flexible bespoke program known as Your HR Elite. The Your HR Elite service may provide all of the benefits of the Your HR Ultimate package, and also provides for additional inclusions for the delivery of both operational and strategic services specific to the individual needs of each business.
The Your HR Elite service commences with a transition from internal to external HR service delivery. The transition phase doubles as a strategic analysis of existing and future HR needs, which are then built into the bespoke Your HR Elite service package.
As the Your HR Elite service is bespoke, the inclusions and costings will differ from business to business. The organisation has complete control over what is included and how this is packaged in their Your HR Elite service. Therefore, there is no standard annual subscription fee. The investment in Your HR Elite is dependent on the scope and inclusions provided as part of the services.
